PostKaro (accessible at https://postkaro.co.in) helps Indian small and medium businesses (SMBs) and independent content creators generate polished, ready-to-share social media posts in seconds. You provide simple inputs — your business name, business type, post goal (discount, event, festival, new launch, etc.), platform (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), tone, and language (English, Hinglish, Hindi) — and PostKaro produces captions, hashtags, and a 1080x1080 poster image ready to share.

Free plan — up to 3 post generations per day, no credit card required.
Business plan (Rs 69/month) — unlimited generations, three variants per post, higher-quality images. Cancel anytime.

1. Who we are

PostKaro is operated by an independent team based in India. Contact: postkarobusiness@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, display name, and bcrypt-hashed password (if you sign up with email/password).
Google sign-in data (if you use it): email and basic profile info returned by Google OAuth. We never see your Google password.
Content inputs: the business name, business type, post goal, tone, language, and offer/event details you enter to generate a post.
Generated content: the captions, hashtags, and posters we generate for you.
Payment information: if you subscribe, Razorpay processes your card/UPI details directly. We only receive a payment identifier, subscription ID, and status.
Usage data: timestamps of your generations, the plan you were on at the time, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) needed to keep the service secure and functional.

3. How we use it

To provide the core service — generate captions, hashtags and images for you.
To authenticate you and keep you signed in across sessions.
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To enforce plan limits (e.g. 3 free posts per day).
To improve and debug the product (aggregated usage analytics).
To contact you about your account (payment receipts, security notices).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your generated content to train third-party AI models beyond what is strictly needed to fulfil the single generation request you made.

5. Cookies & local storage

We store a short-lived session token in your browser's localStorage so you stay signed in across refreshes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and usage records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days (except where we are legally required to retain payment or tax records).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing postkarobusiness@gmail.com. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You may revoke Google sign-in access from your Google Account settings.

8. Security

All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Payment card data never touches our servers — it goes straight to Razorpay.

9. Children's privacy

PostKaro is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page.

By creating an account or using PostKaro, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service description

PostKaro is an AI-powered content generator. You provide basic inputs about your business or post goal, and we generate captions, hashtags, and posters for you to share on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Twitter.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan allows up to 3 post generations per day. The Business plan is Rs 69 per month, billed monthly via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the app; refunds are not issued for the current billing period.

4. Ownership of generated content

You own the captions, hashtags, and posters you generate through PostKaro and may use them commercially.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostKaro to generate illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content, or to infringe others' intellectual property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostKaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
